Common Login Issues & How to Resolve Them
Sometimes login does not go as expected. Don't panic — most issues can be resolved within minutes. Here are the most commonly reported issues by HOH99 members and their solutions:
1. Forgot Password
This is the most common issue. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot password?" link found just below the password field. Enter your registered phone number and an OTP will be sent to you to set a new password. The process takes less than two minutes.
2. Account Temporarily Locked
If you enter the wrong password too many times in a row, the HOH99 security system will temporarily lock your account as a protective measure. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact the live chat support team to unlock your account immediately.
3. OTP Not Received
If the OTP code does not arrive within the expected time, check whether your phone has sufficient network coverage. You can request a new OTP after 60 seconds. If the problem persists, contact HOH99 customer support, available 24 hours a day.
4. Login from a New Device
When you log in from a device or location you have never used before, the HOH99 system may request additional verification to confirm it is really you. This is a security feature that protects your account from unauthorized access.
HOH99 Account Security — Best Practices to Follow
Account security is a shared responsibility between the platform and its members. HOH99 has made significant investments in cybersecurity infrastructure, but as a member, there are several practices you should follow to keep your account safe at all times:
